Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited ("FPP" or the "Company") announces that Nicholas Gregory, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 1,990,703 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 0.450 pence per share.
Following this purchase Nicholas holds 2,677,012 shares in the Company representing approximately 1.09% per cent of the Company's current share capital.
