Director/PDMR shareholding
 
Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand international franchisor, has been notified that on 11 April 2019, David Poutney, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and person discharging managerial responsibilities, yesterday purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 72.5 pence per share.
 
Following this purchase, Mr Poutney now has a total beneficial interest in 3,410,791 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
