Inclusion in FTSE AIM UK 50 Index

 

Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), an international multi-brand franchise
business, is pleased to announce that the Company has become a constituent of
the FTSE AIM UK 50 Index, with effect from today (Monday, 23 June 2025).

 

This outcome follows FTSE Russell's quarterly review of the FTSE AIM UK 50,
FTSE AIM 100 and FTSE AIM All-Share Indices. Changes were applied after the
close of business on Friday, 20 June 2025.

 

Stephen Hemsley, Executive Chairman, commented:

marks a significant milestone in Franchise Brands' journey and is testament to
the Group's substantial growth. Since IPO in 2016, the business has built on
