Investor Presentation of Annual Results via Investor Meet Company

Franchise Brands plc, an international multi-brand franchise business, will
announce its annual results for the year ended 2025 on 25 March 2026 and
Stephen Hemsley (Executive Chairman), Peter Molloy (CEO) and Andrew Mallows
(CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to those results via Investor
Meet Company on 31 March 2026 at 09:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
30 March 2026, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
