Franchise Brands plc, an international multi-brand franchise business,
announces that it was informed on 7 March 2023 that Gresham House Asset
Management Limited's shareholding in the Company is 7,159,812 Ordinary Shares
of 0.5 pence, equivalent to approximately 5.49 per cent. of the current issued
share capital and voting rights of the Company.
