Notice of Interim Results

Franchise Brands plc, an international multi-brand franchise business, will
announce its results for the six months ended 30(th) June 2025 on Wednesday,
30(th) July 2025. The Board looks forward to updating shareholders with
further details at that time.

A presentation for analysts and institutional investors will be held at the
offices of Stifel (150 Cheapside, Fourth Floor, London, EC2V 6ET) at 09:30am
