Notice of Results

Franchise Brands plc, an international multi-brand franchise business, will
announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on Wednesday,
25 March 2026. The Board looks forward to updating shareholders with further
details at that time.

A presentation for analysts and institutional investors will be held at the
offices of Stifel (150 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6ET) at 09:30am that morning
