Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

 

Franchise Brands (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand international franchise business,
announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 and
notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available to view on the
Company's website at www.franchisebrands.co.uk/investor-relations
(http://www.franchisebrands.co.uk/investor-relations) . Copies of these
documents will be posted today to those shareholders who have requested to
receive a hard copy and notice of the availability of these documents on the
website will be sent to all other shareholders today.

 

The AGM will be held on 18 April 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Gateley Plc, 1
Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7DX.
