TO BUY BACK SHARES FOR EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION PROGRAM

TO FULFILL ALL CLAIMS UP TO 75,000 OF ITS OWN SHARES (APPROXIMATELY 0.081 PERCENT OF CAPITAL STOCK) WILL BE BOUGHT BACK

TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE (EXCLUDING INCIDENTAL COSTS) IS UP TO EUR 4,200,000

SHARE BUYBACK WILL BEGIN ON 02 JUNE 2025 AND WILL BE COMPLETED BY 30 JUNE 2025
