June 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Thursday:
     
** Frasers Group <FRAS.L>, the retailer controlled by British billionaire Mike Ashley, launched a €2 billion ($2.31 billion) takeover offer for struggling German fashion brand Hugo Boss <BOSSn.DE> on Wednesday.
