June 15 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.8%.
* FRASERS GROUP: Accent Group AX1.AX has received a A$390.8 million ($276.45 million) takeover offer from Frasers Group FRAS.L.
* BUNZL: Elliott Investment Management has taken an almost 5% stake in Bunzl BNZL.L, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
* BP: BP BP.L has started a process of selling stakes in two of its Gulf of Mexico projects, four people with knowledge of the matter said.
* HSBC: HSBC HSBA.L said it is working to restore normal service after some Hong Kong customers reported having trouble using its mobile banking app.
* BOOTS: Sigma Healthcare SIG.AX has dropped its pursuit of UK pharmacy chain Boots.
* BBC: BBC is set to cut hundreds of jobs across its core news division next week, the Financial Times reported.
* VISTRY: Homebuilder Vistry VTYV.L has offered voluntary redundancies to employees, the Financial Times reported.
* SAINSBURY'S: Sainsbury's SBRY.L is kicking off a search for a new chairman, Sky News reported.
* BANKS: Britain's banks recorded the sharpest increase in losses to certain types of fraud since the COVID-era boom in technology-enabled scams, renewing calls for some government action.
* BAE SYSTEMS: Britain and Japan announced a tech partnership and pledged to speed up the progress of their next-generation fighter jet, GCAP, developed by a JV of BAE Systems BAES.L, Leonardo and Japan Aircraft Industrial Enhancement.
* JOBS: Britain is losing manufacturing jobs abroad and risks the loss of major industries due to high energy costs, a manufacturing group and trade union body warned.
* COMMODITIES: Oil prices slipped to a three-month low, copper rose to a more than one-week high, and gold rose over 2%.
