Conversion Rate for 2021 Final Dividend
Further to the announcement of the results of Fresnillo plc (the "Company")
for the year ended 31 December 2021 released on 8 March 2022, the directors of
the Company have determined that the exchange rate applicable to the 2021
final dividend is 1.251392 US$/GB£. The sterling equivalent of the final
dividend of 24.0 US cents per share announced on 8 March 2022 will therefore
be 19.1786 pence per share.
The final dividend will be paid on 27 May 2022 to shareholders on the register
on 29 April 2022.
