URW to sell Polygone Riviera mall to Frey for 272.3 mln euros

Oct 12 (Reuters) - Shopping mall owner
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield URW.PA on Thursday said it would
sell its Polygone Riviera shopping centre to real estate company
Frey FREY.PA for 272.3 million euros ($287.39 million).
The deal is expected to close during the fourth quarter,
Unibail added in a statement.
