Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Group' or the
'Company'), a leading developer and publisher of videogames based in
Cambridge, UK, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 May 2021 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted
to shareholders. The documents are available to download from the Company's

Frontier's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.15am on Wednesday 27
October 2021 at The Trinity Centre, 24 Cambridge Science Park, Milton Road,
Cambridge, CB4 0FN.

The Board's current intention is to proceed with holding the Annual General
Meeting as an open meeting. However, it is unclear as to what COVID-19
restrictions may be in place on the day of the Annual General Meeting and it
remains the Board's priority to ensure the health and wellbeing of all
stakeholders. Accordingly, the Board strongly encourages Shareholders not to
attend the Annual General Meeting in person, and strongly encourages all
Shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General
Meeting by proxy and appoint the Chair of the Meeting as their proxy.
