Further to its announcement on 21 October 2016, Frontier Developments plc (FTSE AIM: FDEV), a leading developer of video games based in Cambridge, UK, confirms the appointment of Alex Bevis to the Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective today.
There have been no changes to the information disclosed pursuant toSchedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies andAIM Rule 17 save for the fact that Alex now owns 15,000 shares, having purchased them at an average price of 292.22 pence between 29-31 March.
