PCA Dealings
The Company was notified today that Kathy Dixon, a PCA of James Dixon, a PDMR of Frontier Developments plc, sold 1,318 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 380 pence per share. 
The Company was also notified today that Gillian Walsh, a PCA of David Walsh, an executive director of the Company, sold 132,910 Ordinary Shares at 381 pence per share.
David Walsh and his wife Gillian Walsh are transferring and liquidating assets subject to court order as part of their divorce, and have each notified the Company that for this reason further sales of their holdings in the Company are expected in the coming months.
