Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier' or the 'Company'), a leading
developer and publisher of video games based in Cambridge, UK, announces that,
further to the announcement of 16 December 2025, Jo Cooke formally joined the
Board as Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2026. As detailed in that
announcement, Jonny Watts will remain on the Board until 31 May 2026 to
support a smooth transition.

Jo Cooke currently holds 25,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.5p each in
the Company under the Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Options'). The exercise

each. The Options are due to vest on 8 August 2028 and do not have performance
conditions attached.
Save as disclosed above, Jo Cooke has confirmed that there is no further
information required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of
the AIM Rules for Companies.
