Change of Nominated Adviser and Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier" or the "Company"), a leading
developer and publisher of videogames based in Cambridge, UK, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Peel Hunt as Nominated Adviser and Joint Corporate
Broker with immediate effect. Liberum will continue as Joint Corporate Broker
to the Company alongside Peel Hunt.
