Director/PDMR Shareholding

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company") announces
that on 24 January 2023, Ilse Howling, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the
Company, purchased 1,006 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 497 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction, Ilse Howling is now beneficially interested in a total of 1,006
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.00 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
