Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier' or the 'Company'), a leading
developer and publisher of video games based in Cambridge, UK, announces that
on 13 November 2025, the Company was notified that David Walsh, Non-Executive
Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased a total of 5,500 ordinary shares
of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') across three
transactions.
