** Co to shut down some operations in Latin America, more than 30% of headcount in the region removed
** Co says results for FY25 to be below analyst estimates, sees FY25 net loss of A$9.5 million ($6.30 million)- A$10.5 million

** FY24 loss after tax A$10.3 million

** YTD, shares down 7.3%
