    ** Electric utilities co to acquire all shares of Waroona
Energy  WHE.V  it does not already hold
    ** Exchange ratio: 1 FHE share for every 4.27 Waroona shares
    ** FHE says deal aims to create a large-scale Australian
renewable energy company
    ** Stock's gains cuts YTD losses to about 15.5%
