** Shares of Frontier Energy  FHE.AX  rise as much as 2.8%
to A$0.365, on track to post their best session since Sept. 30,
if gains hold
    ** Co signs an agreement with Waroona Energy Pty Ltd for
collaboration on their projects and strategies for renewable
energy production in Western Australia
    ** FHE expects short- and long-term cost savings for both
companies from the agreement
    ** Stock up ~173.1% so far this year, as of last close
