Directors' Shareholdings

 

Frontier IP Group plc (AIM: FIPP), a specialist in commercialising
intellectual property, confirms that, further to the announcement released on
22 December 2025 on the closing of the Retail Offer, the shareholdings of the
Directors following their participation in the Subscription and the completion
of the Fundraising are as follows:
