Fugro to appoint Just Eat's Emiel Jongerius as finance chief from mid-November Aug 31 (Reuters) - Fugro FUGR.AS has appointed Emiel Jongerius as its new chief financial officer from November 16, subject to shareholders' approval, the Dutch geological data specialist said on Monday.
Jongerius is currently in charge of finances at Just Eat Takeaway.com, and previously held senior finance and leadership roles at Philips PHG.AS and Signify LIGHT.AS between 2001 and 2018.
Fugro is proposing a term until 2031 for Jongerius.
The nomination will be submitted for shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on October 28.
Jongerius is the vice president of global finance, business services, procurement and supply chain at Just Eat Takeaway.com.
He is set to succeed Barbara Geelen, who stepped down as Fugro's CFO on April 23.
