Nov 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on
Wednesday:
** Private equity firm KKR KKR.N has acquired a 35% stake
in Japanese software developer Fuji Soft 9749.T after the
first part of its two-stage buyout tender offer, the latter said

** Japan's Itochu Corp 8001.T said that it agreed with
Brazil's steel company Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) to
buy a 10.74% stake in CSN's iron ore unit CSN Mineracao (CM)
from CSN for about 4.42 billion real ($769 million).

** Emerson Electric EMR.N on Tuesday proposed to buy the
rest of AspenTech AZPN.O that it does not own at a valuation
of $15.1 billion, as the company looks to sharpen its focus on
