KKR to raise bid price for Fuji Soft, above Bain's offer, Nikkei reports

TOKYO, Feb 4 (Reuters) - U.S. private equity fund KKR
KKR.N will raise its tender offer price for Fuji Soft 9749.T
shares to 9,850 yen per share from 9,451 yen, above Bain
Capital's rival offer of 9,600 yen, the Nikkei business daily
reported on Tuesday.
KKR will announce the latest change as early as on Tuesday
afternoon, Nikkei said.
