informed on 3 February 2026 that John Story holds 14,081,425 ordinary shares
in the Company, equivalent to 10.18 per cent. of the total voting rights of
the Company.

resources company focused on recovery of precious metals from mine tailings
(previously milled and processed ore) in Canada using environmentally friendly
