Issue of service provider warrants

 

 

Fulcrum Metals plc (AIM:FMET), a company pioneering the use of innovative
technology to recover precious metals from mine waste, announces the issue of
warrants to an investor relations service provider that has recently been
engaged by the Company.

 

A total of 1,250,000 warrants have been issued to a marketing and
communication service provider to subscribe for ordinary shares of the Company
at an exercise price of 5 pence per share (the "Warrants"). The Warrants are
exercisable for a period of three months from the date of issue and shall
expire on the second anniversary of the date from which they become
exercisable (being 4 December 2027).

 

Following the issue of the Warrants, there are a total of 35,292,033 warrants
in issue equivalent to 28.9% of the current issued share capital of the
Company.
