Fulcrum Metals plc (LON: FMET), a technology led company focused on the
recovery of precious metals from mine tailings in Canada, announces that its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of
Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which sets out the arrangements for the AGM
and how shareholders may vote and ask questions, will be posted later today to
shareholders and will be available shortly on the Company's website at
www.fulcrummetals.com (http://www.fulcrummetals.com) .

 

The AGM will be held at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5 St Helens
Place, London, EC3A 6AB on Wednesday 23 July 2025 at 12:00pm.

sites. This presents Fulcrum with opportunity to develop into a significant
environmentally friendly gold producing entity in the near term.
