** The commercial lender's UK term loan originations jumps
47% to 692 mln pounds ($910.4 mln), while net income grew 32% to
79.1 mln pounds
** Co reaffirms medium-term guidance of 15%-20% revenue
growth
** Stock hits highest level since December 2021
** Including session's gains, stock has surged 225% YTD
