** Stock at nearly 5-month high

** British commercial lender logs annual revenue of 204 million pounds ($275 million) above market expectations of 191 million pounds

** Annual PBT of 20 million pounds exceeds market consensus of 17 million pounds

** FCH fell ~6% in 2025
