Notification of Interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons
Future plc (LSE: FUTR) (the "Company") announces the following dealings by PDMRs in the Company's Ordinary shares of one penny each ("Shares").
On 21 November 2014, the Company received notification from Zillah Byng-Maddick and Richard Haley that, on 21 November 2014, they had purchased the following Ordinary shares in the Company:
1. Zillah Byng-Maddick purchased 185,018 shares in the Company at the price of 7.99p per share.
2. Richard Haley purchased 134,302 shares in the Company at the price of 7.4p per share.
As a result of the above, the total interests of Zillah Byng-Maddick and Richard Haley in shares in the Company as at 21 November 2014 is as set out in the table below:
