Notification of Interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons
Future plc (LSE: FUTR) (the "Company") announces the following dealings by PDMRs in the Company's Ordinary shares of one penny each ("Shares").
On 24 November 2014, the Company received notification from Peter Allen and Manjit Wolstenholme that, on 24 November 2014, they had purchased the following Ordinary shares in the Company:
1. Peter Allen purchased 200,000 shares in the Company, of which 75,000 were at the price of 9.34p per share and 125,000 were at the price of 9.74p per share.
2. Manjit Wolstenholme purchased 120,000 shares in the Company at the price of 9.8p per share.
As a result of the above, the total interests of Peter Allen and Manjit Wolstenholme in shares in the Company as at 24 November 2014 is as set out in the table below:
