Notification of Interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons
Future plc (LSE: FUTR) (the "Company") announces the following dealing by a PDMR in the Company's Ordinary shares of one penny each ("Shares").
On 18 May 2015, the Company received notification from Zillah Byng-Maddick that, on 18 May 2015, she purchased 44,613 Ordinary shares in the Company at the price of 11.13p per share.
As a result, the total interests of Zillah Byng-Maddick in shares in the Company as at 18 May 2015 is as set out in the table below:
