Directors' interest in shares
Future (LSE: FUTR, "Future", "the Group", "the Company"), the international media group, announces the following transfer of Director's interest in shares.
Further to the announcement on 27 November which detailed the participation by Director Zillah Byng-Thorne in the Placing by the Company, the Company has today been informed that the shares acquired in the Placing of 670,000 have been transferred to Zillah Byng-Thorne's personal SIPP by way of an on market sale and purchase at a price of 11p. The Director's respective shareholdings is unchanged as a result of the transfer.
