Sale of shares to cover tax on vesting of shares

On 21 May 2025, 5,792 shares were sold to cover tax arising on vesting of
12,261 Ordinary shares of 15p each awarded under the Future plc 2023
Performance Share Plan ("PSP") on 19 September 2024.  The original vesting
date of 14 April 2025 under the PSP was delayed as the Company was in a closed
period on that date, prior to the announcement of its half-year results on 16
May 2025.  The remaining 6,469 shares will be retained, as part of the
Directors' shareholding requirement under the Company's 2023 Directors'
Remuneration Policy.
