EBT Share Purchase
 
The Company was notified on 24 December 2019 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 7,849 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 24 December 2019 at a price of 1463.613p per share. 
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company. 
Following this transaction, a total of 749,252 shares representing 0.764% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
