EBT Share Purchase
 
The Company was notified on 3 January 2020 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 53,157 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 3 January 2020 at a price of 1448.34p per share. 
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company. 
Following this transaction, a total of 852,409 shares representing 0.870% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
