Listing Application
A listing application has been made for one ordinary share of 1p in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for trading on the London Stock Exchange. The share is expected to be admitted on 31 January 2017.
This share has been allotted ahead of the proposed 15:1 share consolidation to ensure that the issued share capital of the Company is exactly divisible by 15. It was allotted at an issue price of 13p and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
