Transactions in own shares

 

Future plc (the Company) (LSE: FUTR) announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through J.P. Morgan
Securities plc.

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  2,104
 Lowest price paid per share:                    1,070.0000
 Highest price paid per share:                   1,101.0000
 Average price paid per share:                   1,090.9202

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Since 22 May 2024, the Company has purchased 1,168,282 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £12,291,597.19.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company holds zero of its ordinary shares
in treasury and has 114,035,618 ordinary shares in issue.
