Transactions in own shares

 

Future plc (the Company) (LSE: FUTR) announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through J.P. Morgan
Securities plc.

 

 Date of purchase:                               30 July 2024
 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  1,020
 Lowest price paid per share:                    1,095.0000
 Highest price paid per share:                   1,095.0000
 Average price paid per share:                   1,095.0000

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Since 22 May 2024, the Company has purchased 1,432,073 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £15,127,880.74.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company holds zero of its ordinary shares
in treasury and has 113,771,827 ordinary shares in issue.
