Transactions in own shares

 

Future plc (the Company) (LSE: FUTR) announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through J.P. Morgan
Securities plc.

 

 Date of purchase:                               9 September 2024
 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  5,280
 Lowest price paid per share:                    1,051.0000
 Highest price paid per share:                   1,057.0000
 Average price paid per share:                   1,051.9991

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Since 22 May 2024, the Company has purchased 2,470,160 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £26,173,684.64.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company holds zero of its ordinary shares
in treasury and has 112,733,740 ordinary shares in issue.
