Transactions in own shares

 

Future plc (the Company) (LSE: FUTR) announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through J.P. Morgan
Securities plc.

 

 Date of purchase:                               17 October 2024
 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  8,815
 Lowest price paid per share:                    971.5000
 Highest price paid per share:                   973.5000
 Average price paid per share:                   972.8523

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Since 22 May 2024, the Company has purchased 4,118,630 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £42,851,776.07.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company holds zero of its ordinary shares
in treasury and has 111,085,270 ordinary shares in issue.
