Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number
of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
Date of purchase: 15 December 2025
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 14,271
Lowest price paid per share: 525.0000
Highest price paid per share: 548.0000
Average price paid per share: 534.3843
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 14,271 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £76,721.06.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in
treasury and has
95,575,401 ordinary shares in issue.
