Transactions in own shares
Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number
of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
Date of purchase: 27 January 2026
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 16,472
Lowest price paid per share: 531.5000
Highest price paid per share: 543.5000
Average price paid per share: 536.1747
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 744,671 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £3,893,083.51.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in
treasury and has 94,845,001 ordinary shares in issue.
