 Transactions in own shares

 Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number
 of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

 Date of purchase:                                            05 March 2026

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:               16,355

 Lowest price paid per share:                                 406.6000

 Highest price paid per share:                                427.2000

 Average price paid per share:                                416.6779

 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 1,337,278 shares at a cost
 (including dealing and associated costs) of £6,528,116.36.

 Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in
 treasury and has 94,252,394 ordinary shares in issue.

 of the buyback programme.
