 Transactions in own shares

 Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number
 of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

 Date of purchase:                                            06 March 2026

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:               805

 Lowest price paid per share:                                 432.4000

 Highest price paid per share:                                432.4000

 Average price paid per share:                                432.4000

 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 1,338,083 shares at a cost
 (including dealing and associated costs) of £6,531,618.06.

 Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in
 treasury and has 94,251,589 ordinary shares in issue.

 The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part
 of the buyback programme.
