Transactions in own shares
Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number
of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
Date of purchase: 13 March 2026
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 22,163
Lowest price paid per share: 426.2000
Highest price paid per share: 441.4000
Average price paid per share: 434.8256
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 1,443,273 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of
£6,999,719.03.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in
treasury and has 94,146,399 ordinary shares in issue.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule
12.4.6.
The Company also announces that it intends to make use of the FCA's updated
notification deadline under UKLR 9.6.6R, which permits post-trade
notifications of purchases of own shares to be made no later than the end of
the seventh daily market session following the date of execution. Accordingly,
the Company will from 16 March 2026 move from daily to weekly market
notifications in respect of shares purchased under the buyback programme.
