    * Says an Oita-based company will acquire 3.4 million shares
(14.7
percent stake) of the company on May 22
    * Says the Oita-based company will increase voting power in
the
company to 14.7 percent and will become the second biggest
shareholder of the company
    * Says its current second biggest shareholder will cut
voting
power in the company to 0 percent from 17.3 percent
